The great drain game

On the 11th November Room 22 went to learn about our oceans and drains.
We had 3 activities they included sorting looking and talking

One activity we did was the Drain Game caravan. We put different types of liquids next to the places they should go,
The options were; a drain, a bin, A sink and a toilet, we walked up A ramp and they were all laid out 1 by 1 then we had to put them in the correct places.
Here are A few images of that activity,

Then after 15 minuets we moved to a different activity.
In this activity we got to get with a partner and go round the school and look for drains then mark them on a clipboard in total we go 30 drains.
There is not much to say about this activity but  I guess i can say that I did it with mason, you can go check out his blog at  http://odsmasonp.blogspot.com/  .

Now the last activity was kinda 2 in 1, so the 1st part o it (for my group) was VR!!! so actually It was kinda cool because we looked at beaches and sat in water but there were lots of cool fish and we could see polluted land.

The second part was looking at a miniature wetland and how to easily purify water.
the water with pieces of plastic or water with leafs in it will hit A dam and the water will get through but not the leaves and plastic, these may be the best thing for good oceans.
and that's all that happened.
Blog ya later.
